CNC Machining

We have our own Doosan DNM550 four-axis vertical machining centre. This has greatly enhanced our capabilities for producing robust prototypes, machined from solid aluminium and suitable even for military field use.

It also works well for short production runs where the cost of tooling up for casting or fabrication would be prohibitive, or where lead time is critical.

We can program the machining centre directly from the SolidWorks design files, which gives us rapid turnaround with minimal scope for errors.
